At Grain Millers, our sustainability commitments fall under four pillars: reduce our company 
and supply chain footprint; build soil health, biodiversity, and resilience on farm; promote safety 
and wellbeing in the workplace; and facilitate community engagement and employee wellbeing. 
Each year we set goals to ensure progress and alignment with the Intergovernmental Panel 
on Climate Change (IPCC) climate reports and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

sustainability of our operations and supply chain. We recognize that responsible 
practices are imperative for the future of agriculture production and the success 
of our operations, and we see an imminent need to mitigate emissions 
and support adaptation to new climate norms.  
Grain Millers conducts business in a manner that is socially responsible, 
scientifically based, economically sound, and that will feed more people with 
fewer resources. Through our efforts, we are working to shape a more resilient, 
regenerative, and sustainable food system for current and future generations.
