Each year we set goals to ensure progress and alignment with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) climate reports and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). COMMITMENTS GOALS SDGs Reduce OUR COMPANY AND SUPPLY CHAIN FOOTPRINT 1. Streamline Scope 1, 2, & 3 accounting. 2. Develop GHG abatement plans across facilities. 3. Invest in renewable energy. Build SOIL HEALTH, BIODIVERSITY, AND RESILIENCE ON FARM 1. Deploy our new grower incentive program- Partnerships for Resilient Agriculture (PFRA). 2. Integrate sustainability monitoring during farm visits. 3. Support regenerative agriculture research and events. Promote SAFETY AND WELLBEING IN THE WORKPLACE 1. Advance safety leadership and training. 2. Expand our safety mentorship program. 3. Strengthen employee benefits and develop a culture of feedback and performance. Facilitate COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT AND EMPLOYEE WELLBEING 1. Facilitate opportunities to build sustainability culture. 2. Increase community involvement and giving dollars.
