L O O K I N G  F O R WA R D

Since we formalized our sustainability commitments in 2023, we have worked 
to create a model that is focused on continuous improvement, company-
wide engagement, and action. Our 2025 achievements in GHG accounting, 
regenerative agriculture, mill sustainability, and so much more, have set us up 
for immense success moving forward. We have dedicated and hard-working 
leaders and teams across the company who have set the framework for a 
future of reduced emissions, increased biodiversity, and improved employee 
and community wellbeing. In 2026 we have LED lighting upgrades, increased 
regenerative acreage, onsite biodiversity projects, new facility Green Teams, 
and more already underway.
