2 | SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2025 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT 2025 | 3 WE ARE COMMITTED TO GROWING OUR SUSTAINABILITY EFFORTS AND INVESTMENT. Dear Grain Millers Partners, It is with pride that we share our Fiscal Year 2025 (FY 2025) Sustainability Report with you. 2025 marked another transformational year for our sustainability work with the deployment of our new grower incentive program, Partnerships for Resilient Agriculture (PFRA), the calculation of our baseline Scope 3 emissions footprint, the establishment of two new facility Green Teams, and more! The summer of 2025 marked our first growing season with producers engaged in PFRA. We had 17 growers participate, achieving 100% success with practice implementation, up from 60% in 2024. With agriculture emissions representing 44% of Grain Millers’ total carbon footprint, we view this work as essential for our environmental strategy. We launched two new Green Teams this year, one at our Yorkton mill and one at our Eugene mill. These teams bring together employees from across our facilities to set goals, implement energy and waste saving solutions, and set a standard of sustainability for the facility. We will be expanding these efforts to our Marion, IN facility and beyond in 2026! The Sustainability Department has been working to build sustainability culture and engagement across the company. In April 2025, we hosted our first ever Grain Millers Climate Day, bringing over 150 employees together to learn about our commitments, celebrate progress, and set goals for the future. As we continue our sustainability work in 2026, we are committed to improving our current initiatives and growing our efforts in abatement, mitigation, and sustainability investment. Sustainability is the work of continuous and steadfast action and effort, and we look forward to sharing our progress with you in this report and beyond.
