SPOTLIGHT ON AGRICULTURE
IN THE CLASSROOM
Our partnership with agricultural education
nonprofit, Agriculture in the Classroom-SK
(AITC-SK), began 15 years ago, and Grain
Millers has donated both volunteer time and
financial contributions to the organization
since then. In 2025 our contributions totaled
$5,000 and over 60 hours of volunteer
education hours. Their engaging, hands-on
programming reaches tens of thousands of
Saskatchewan youth annually to increase
students’ understanding of food production,
deepen their connection to agriculture, and
encourage future involvement in the industry.
Grain Millers is proud to work in tandem
with AITC-SK on several local and provincial
events and play a role in educating the next
generation on milling!

Grain Millers is dedicated to serving the communities where our facilities are
located, and our employees live and work. Each of our facilities manage their
giving dollars to maximize local impact. Our donations extend from registered
charities to local schools and food banks. In 2025, our food donations totaled
over 65 tons, or more than $90,000 worth of product.
