Whole milk powder is obtained by the removal of water from pasteurized milk. Since the only element of milk that is altered in the formation of whole milk powder is the moisture content, the ingredient is a wonderful source of protein, lactose, and milkfat. Whole milk powder can be used in bakery products, ice cream, dry mixes, breading and batter.
