Tapioca Starch is a gluten-free thickener and stabilizer used in the baking and meat-product industries. Tapioca becomes clear and gel-like when cooked and dissolves completely when used as a thickener. It is also an excellent substitute for rice and corn in the production of syrups and is used extensively as a highly economical filler in the manufacturing of compound animal feeds.
