Large cylindrical steel cutters chop kilned whole oat groats into steel-cut groats, which shortens cooking time while maintaining the whole-grain integrity. Steel-cut groats can be used as a hot cereal on the breakfast table, or baked into breads. Steel-cut groats are sometimes sorted into fine, medium and coarse granulations, or sold as a mixed-granulation product. We customize our steel-cut granulations to fit your needs.
