De-Proteinized Whey

De-proteinized whey (DPW), also known as whey permeate or dairy product solids, is created when the majority of protein is removed from sweet dairy whey.

De-proteinized whey is an excellent source of carbohydrates because the majority of the product consists of lactose. This unique ingredient composition allows it to be extremely functional in a variety of food and feed applications.
